• Communications: messages you send through in-app support or ticket features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• create and manage your account;
• authenticate you via OTP login;
• process orders, deliveries, returns, and customer support requests;
• send order updates, promotional messages, and service notifications (where permitted);
• verify wholesaler or business accounts when applicable;

3. Legal Basis for Processing
